Lea Ann Warren has been the Administrative Assistant for the City of Byram Fire Department since the department began operation in 2011.  She was hired  by the first City of Byram Fire Chief, Marshall Robinson, shortly after he began the process of creating a fire department.  Being an Administrative Assistant requires an individual who possesses excellent administrative skills, personal disposition and psychological qualities generally required of people who work well with other employees and the public. Lea Ann acts as Office Manager as well as Administrative Assistant and manages the fire department financial records, prepares purchase orders, maintains equipment records, and other important fire department data and information. She maintains complete and accurate files and records on fire department personnel including applications, existing employees and former employees.This is a mid-level position and is responsible to the Fire Chief.
