Rules for Election Signs

Many of you will wish to put up campaign signs for the upcoming election.  We wanted to inform everyone of the sign ordinance (for the full Ordinance you may go to our website: www.byram-ms.us).

Generally, the signs should be at least 10’ from the curb in a residential area and 15’ on a major thoroughfare.  If the signs are found not in compliance they will be picked up and taken to our Public Works Department, 550 Executive Blvd.  We will hold the signs there to be picked up so they may be placed back out correctly.

City of Byram Zoning Ordinance 3:413.3 (k)
