Ricardo Kincaid

Lieutenant Ricardo Kincaid is a native of Grenada, MS.  He graduated from Grenada High School in 1997.  In 2002, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and is currently a member of the MS Air National Guard 172nd Airlift Wing Security Forces Squadron .  He received his associate degree from the Community College of the Air Force in 2008.  In 2011,  Kincaid graduated Magna Cum Laude from Jackson State University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice.  He became an officer with Byram Police Department in the summer of 2011 as a patrolman.  He worked his way up the ranks as a Field Training Officer, School Resource Officer, and Patrol Sergeant.  He is also a member of the Metro SWAT team.  In 2022, Kincaid graduated the FBI National Academy Session 283 in Quantico, VA.  In 2023, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and is currently serving as Lieutenant over Patrol Operations, SWAT, Animal Control, Traffic/DUI Enforcement, and fleet management.
